Sweet Little Vegan.

Purpose.

To design a web-app for a coffeeshop which allows users to easily place a reservation and an order. 

Personas Defintion.

I had interviews with six people about their experiences with coffee shop apps or websites. Eventually, I came up with four personas, describing a different need and preference.

The accessibility feature allows users to view the table types. This way people with special needs can decide better which table is appropiate for their needs.

The table view will show what tables  are suited for people with special needs, e.g. with more space, extra quite environment etc.

I conducted a first usability study with the lo-fi prototype to see how the design can be improved. The results are gathered together in this short presentation.
